Job Description

  • P&L & overall business leadership responsibility
  • Define and execute the overall B2C commercial strategy aligned with company growth targets
  • Own growth across all sales & distribution channels
  • Lead & develop a high performing team
  • Partnerships & ecosystem management
  • Customer lifecycle management - acquisition, onboarding & retention
  • Product, marketing & brand execution

The Successful Applicant

  • A background in telco, experience in FMCG/Fintech with exposure to the telco industry and/or a consulting background, focused on telecommunications
  • Strong multi-functional experience (strategy, product, commercial, marketing)
  • Excellent leadership skills - proven track record developing leaders
  • Highly strategic as well as hands on in execution
  • Ideally a Filipino talent / knowledge of the Philippines / SEA telco industry
