Job Description

  • Define and execute the local HR strategy and operating model, ensuring alignment with global and regional frameworks.
  • Lead all HR activities end-to-end, including talent, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and HR operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor legislation, corporate policies, and ethical standards, acting as the senior HR authority at country level while managing key external stakeholders.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness through talent management, leadership development, succession planning, and change initiatives.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and complex people-related matters.
  • Oversee HR governance, including budgeting, headcount planning, internal controls, and data management.
  • Lead and develop the local HR team, while contributing to regional initiatives and broader HR transformation efforts.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, with extensive experience in multinational and highly regulated environments.
  • Strong expertise across core HR functions (labor law, talent, OD, rewards), combined with solid business, financial, and operational acumen.
  • Strategic partner to senior leadership, with proven experience in change management, transformation, and navigating matrix organizations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with a strong focus on people and results.
  • Resilient, proactive professional with high ethical standards and strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
  • Native Portuguese and fluent English.
