Job Description

  1. Market leadership & Commercial Ownership
  2. UHNW Client Origination & Strategic Relationships
    1. Serve as senior relationship owner for key UHNW clients.
    2. Build relationships across private banks, family offices, EAMs, and trustees
    3. Structure sophisticated insurance solutions, including:
      1. Wealth preservation and legacy planning
      2. Premium financing solution
      3. Universal life / investment-linked products
      4. Trust and cross-border structures
  3. Regulatory Accountability & Corporate Governance
  4. Operational Excellence & Platform Build
    1. Oversee full Taiwan operations (sales, servicing, underwriting coordination).
    2. Build scalable processes and reporting frameworks
    3. Ensure quality in documentation, compliance, and underwriting.
    4. Drive continuous improvement in efficiency and client experience
  5. Talent Strategy & Organisation Building
    1. Build and lead a high-performing UHNW advisory team
    2. Ensure licensing and regulatory training compliance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Possess at least twelve (12) years of experience in insurance, brokerage, wealth management, or related financial services, including at least five (5) years within an insurance company, insurance cooperative, insurance broker company, insurance agent company, insurance surveyor company, or bancassurance business unit, with a demonstrated track record of strong performance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. In addition,
  • Possess at least five (5) years of experience serving as a licensed signatory for an insurance broker or insurance agent, or hold equivalent relevant qualifications, and at least eight (8) years of senior leadership or business management experience.
  • Demonstrated success in managing or contributing to a significant ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) client portfolio, such as annual premiums of at least USD 5 million or an equivalent book of business.
  • Proven ability to originate, structure, and successfully execute large and complex transactions for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.
