Asia based asset management platform and a multi-strategy investment firm that invests across asset classes in venture & growth equity,real estate, and special situations opportunities.

Job Description

  • Evaluate and execute private equity and real estate investment opportunities across the US and Southeast Asia.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models, including valuation, cash flow, and return analysis.
  • Lead financial due diligence processes and assess key financial, operational, and commercial risks.
  • Prepare investment papers, financial analyses, and presentations for internal investment committee review.
  • Support deal structuring, negotiations, financing arrangements, and transaction execution.
  • Monitor portfolio company and real estate asset performance and provide recommendations to enhance value.
  • Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to identify new investment opportunities.
  • Work closely with management teams, lenders, advisors, and external partners throughout the investment lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or a related discipline; CFA, CPA, or MBA is a plus.
  • Solid years of relevant experience in Private Equity, Real Estate Private Equity, Investment Banking, or principal investing.
  • Strong hands-on experience in financial due diligence, financial statement analysis, and valuation.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills with the ability to independently build and review investment models.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to work hands-on in a lean and entrepreneurial investment environment.
