Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
  • Hire and develop best-in-market Filipino talent, to ensure there is a pipeline of succession for the business moving forward.
  • Bring a fresh approach to marketing, driving innovation and growth.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high performance across all departments.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources to align with business priorities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Implement best practices, processes and continuous improvement within the organisation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.



The Successful Applicant

  • A strong background in a consumer driven organisation; FMCG, consumer healthcare, retail, telco, F&B
  • Background in strategic marketing, innovation and commercial transformation
  • Experience leading multiple functions including developing, retaining and promoting top talents internally
  • Excellent commercial acumen and an understanding of which levers are driving business performance, both short and long term
  • High EQ - ability to build strong relationships internally and externally, collaborating with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
  • High AQ - grit, ownership, adaptability and the ability overcome setbacks
