Working in partnership with the Board, the role will focus on accelerating growth, strengthening customer relationships and ensuring the business continues to deliver market-leading levels of service and performance.This is a highly visible leadership position requiring a balance of strategic thinking and operational execution. The Managing Director will lead the development and delivery of the business plan, drive continuous improvement initiatives and create the environment for teams to perform at their best whilst achieving ambitious commercial objectives.The Successful ApplicantThe successful applicant will be a proven commercial leader with experience of driving growth, improving business performance and leading high-performing teams within a service-led environment.
