Job Description

  • Build relationships and partner with C-level leaders to understand business goals, priorities and advise on the people strategy to take them there.
  • Partner with our research team to conduct market research and identify potential candidates for executive level roles.
  • Screen, interview, and assess executive candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements.
  • Conduct CEO assessments as part of key succession planning initiatives
  • Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals and potential candidates.
  • Support clients and candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience for all parties.
  • Achieve and exceed targets and key performance indicators.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for either executive search professionals with a track record of delivering on complex C-level assignments or industry experts with a commercial background, who are looking for a career change.The ideal industry expert will have a commercial background including business development capabilities, with a strong network at C-level in the industry or a proven track record building relationships in the market.The Partner must be strong in execution and passionate about delivering for customers - while are supported with a highly capable research team, the Partners must be hands on in the delivery of searches, including interviewing all candidates in person, to establish suitability.
