Job Description

Reporting into the Real Estate leadership team, this role combines strategic influence, complex deal execution and people leadership, offering the opportunity to shape the future of a substantial international portfolio while delivering significant investment and divestment activity.Leading a geographically dispersed team in Europe and Asia, you will drive transaction strategy, optimise portfolio performance and work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple business units to identify, evaluate and execute value-creating opportunities. This is a highly visible role requiring equal strength in leadership, commercial judgement and transaction execution.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing international transactions team across Europe and Asia.
  • Originate, structure, negotiate and execute complex real estate acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and strategic investments.
  • Drive portfolio optimisation initiatives and support the long-term real estate strategy.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities that enhance asset performance and create sustainable value.
  • Provide strategic insights on market trends, investment opportunities and portfolio priorities across multiple geographies.
  • Build compelling business cases and lead transactions through governance and approval processes.
  • Manage external advisors, investors, developers, occupiers and capital partners to ensure best-in-class execution.
  • Enhance ways of working, governance frameworks and operating models to support future growth and collaboration.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, simplifying complex real estate issues and influencing decision-making.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous development across the team.



The Successful Applicant

We are seeking an accomplished real estate transactions leader with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-border investments within large-scale international organisations, institutional investors, private equity real estate platforms, sovereign wealth funds or major developers.You are likely to bring:

  • Significant experience leading high-value real estate acquisitions, disposals and investment transactions across multiple EU/EMEA markets.
  • Deep understanding of investment strategy, valuation, financial analysis and transaction structuring.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders within complex, matrixed environments.
  • A strong international network and broad understanding of real estate market dynamics.
  • The ability to combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Demonstrable success leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional influencing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience driving organisational change, transformation or operating model development would be advantageous.
  • A collaborative and commercially astute leadership style, coupled with the resilience to thrive in an evolving and fast-paced environment.
