This opportunity is a new position for a high potential finance professional with 15-20 years of working experience, supporting the APAC CFO. The company has a strong presence across the Asia-Pacific region and is committed to delivering quality products and services to its customers while fostering a professional and collaborative work environment.

Job Description

  • Report to the APAC CFO with leadership responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing financial strategies to support business objectives across the APAC region
  • Providing financial reports, financial analysis and insights to support decision-making at the regional level
  • Ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards
  • Leading and mentoring a team of finance professionals across multiple markets
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive profitability and cost optimization
  • Managing relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
  • Identifying opportunities for financial process improvement and implementing best practices

The Successful Applicant

  • A Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional qualifications such as HKICPA, AICPA, CPAA or ACCA is a must
  • Between 15-20 years of relevant accounting and finance experience in a MNC setting
  • Candidates with Big 4 experience is a plus
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop teams in various locations
  • Expertise in financial operations, planning, analysis, and reporting
  • Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the APAC region
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset to drive business performance
