For our Client - a global technology and manufacturing company operating across international markets - we are seeking an experienced professional for the position of Sales & Marketing PMO Manager (EMEA).

This strategic international role is responsible for driving cross-functional commercial projects aimed at strengthening sales effectiveness, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting business growth across the EMEA region. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and other key stakeholders to improve commercial processes, optimize go-to-market activities, and contribute to the execution of strategic growth initiatives.

Job Description

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional Sales & Marketing projects across international markets
  • Support the execution of strategic commercial initiatives focused on business growth, customer acquisition, and customer experience enhancement
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Marketing Communications, and other business functions to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
  • Drive process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency and commercial effectiveness
  • Support the development and implementation of customer engagement, lead management, and conversion optimization programs
  • Utilize data-driven insights and market analytics to improve commercial decision-making and go-to-market strategies
  • Facilitate collaboration across regional teams and support best-practice sharing within the organization
  • Leverage CRM systems and digital tools to improve visibility, reporting, and sales process effectiveness
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure successful delivery against agreed milestones
  • Prepare project updates and communicate results to senior stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a PMO, Project Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Marketing Operations, or a related role
  • Proven experience supporting cross-functional projects within Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or commercial organizations
  • Strong understanding of commercial processes, customer engagement, and sales effectiveness initiatives
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and business management systems
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools, customer analytics, and lead management processes
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and commercial reporting tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in an international environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and operate effectively in a dynamic, transformation-driven organization
  • Exposure to Project Management governance, Lean methodologies, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma will be considered a plus
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Based in Europe and willing to travel internationally on a regular basis
