Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue growth.

  • Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other C-Suite members to align commercial goals with overall business strategy.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of commercial activities, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Oversee budget planning and ensure optimal allocation of resources.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • Proven experience in leading commercial teams within the Plastics and Polymer Industry sector.
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing business plans.
  • A degree in business, economics, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Italian, with a good command of English
