For their client's department, we are searching for an Investor Relations Sales Director covering DACH investors out of Germany, Vienna or Zurich to develop new and existing institutional clients.Job DescriptionIdentify and develop new business opportunities and understand client's needs.Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with institutional investors > EUR 500 Mio. AuMAct as a first point of contact for all existing clients in the respective region.Represent the company at events and organize networking events in the alternative investment industry.Proactive, structured, and disciplined market coverage with a clear focus to sell the company's diverse set of investment products.Maintain close and collaborative relationships with the Investment Management and other internal stakeholders.Work together with the Client Services team to ensure continued coverage of existing clients in the regionOffering guidance, acting as sparring partner of clients and prospects, and presenting investment solutions.Actively participating in the further development of marketing material, completion of RFPs, RFIs, and other sales requests.Further leveraging own professional network and including attendance of relevant conferences and professional events.Report to Head Institutional Sales DACH (based in Munich), visit offices in Zurich, Frankfurt on a regular basisThe Successful ApplicantUniversity degree in Business Administration or equivalent8-15 years of experience in institutional business with strong sales skills and ready to establish infrastructure products on the market.Proven track record in institutional sales in DACH regionStrong network with corporates and / or top tier - family offices / endowments and / or Austrian institutional investors is a plusExperience with Infrastructure investments is a strong advantageAbility to build key relationships across internal and external stakeholder groups, strong communications skills.
