Job Description

Our Industrial & Manufacturing Practice is one of the strongest and most respected within Page Executive. Supported by highly experienced Partners and a collaborative global network, the team delivers senior leadership and C-suite mandates across a broad range of sectors.

As Partner or Senior Partner, you will:

  • Lead the growth and strategic development of the UK Industrial & Manufacturing Practice while remaining an active fee-earning contributor.
  • Manage, coach and develop an established team, with responsibility for building future capability and succession.
  • Drive revenue growth through retained executive search assignments and strategic client partnerships.
  • Develop and execute a market-leading business plan aligned with our wider UK growth strategy.
  • Build trusted relationships with Boards, CEOs, Managing Directors, Private Equity investors and senior business leaders.
  • Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities across industrial and manufacturing sectors.
  • Champion collaboration across Page Executive and the wider business to maximise client value.
  • Enhance the profile of the practice through thought leadership, industry engagement, events and networking.

  • Create and execute a clear strategy for continued expansion.
  • Increase market share across existing and emerging sectors.
