About Our Client

Our client, a well-established Swiss private bank with a long-standing heritage in wealth management, is seeking an experienced Senior Private Banker / Senior Relationship Manager to join its growing teams in Zurich or Lugano.

This is an opportunity for entrepreneurial banking professionals with an established network and portable client relationships to join a highly reputable Swiss institution that offers autonomy, flexibility, and direct access to decision-makers.

Job Description

  • Acquire, develop and manage a portfolio of High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.
  • Build long-term client relationships through tailored wealth management solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive assets under management growth.
  • Deliver comprehensive investment, wealth planning and advisory solutions.
  • Ensure full compliance with Swiss and cross-border regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with investment specialists and senior management to deliver best-in-class client service.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 10 years of proven success as a Private Banker / Relationship Manager in Switzerland.
  • Strong and stable track record of client acquisition and relationship management.
  • Demonstrable network within Switzerland, Europe and/or the Middle East.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products and wealth management solutions.
  • Excellent knowledge of Swiss and cross-border regulations.
  • CWMA-SAQ certification or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-driven and capable of working independently.
  • Resident in Switzerland or eligible to work in Switzerland.
  • We are particularly interested in professionals covering:

    • Southern Europe
    • Middle East (GCC markets especially welcomed)
