Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic transformation initiatives across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify new revenue streams.
  • Ensure growth strategy will drive sales performance & productivity at scale.
  • Analyse business processes and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead initiatives to improve customer acquisition & retention.
  • Ensure alignment of transformation initiatives with the organization's overall objectives.



The Successful Applicant

Background:

  • Strategy consulting (MBB) and/or
  • In-house strategy, transformation and commercial leadership in telco and/or consumer businesses



Strong exposure to:

  • Telco / subscription models
  • Digital transformation / omni-channel
  • Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programmes
