This position requires a full-time office presence of four to five days per week and is best suited for individuals who thrive in highly engaged, fast-moving environments.The successful candidate will be joining a business where accountability is high, standards are exceptionally strong, and opportunities to influence enterprise-wide strategy are substantial.Job DescriptionReporting to the Chief People Officer, the Senior Vice President, Total Rewards will lead executive compensation, compensation governance, benefits strategy, and a team of Total Rewards professionals.Duties below but not limited to:Lead executive compensation strategy, Board and Compensation Committee governance activities, and related executive advisory workOwn and author Compensation Discussion & Analysis (CD&A) disclosures, proxy statement content, and executive compensation reportingDesign, administer, and oversee executive incentive plans including short-term and long-term incentive programsLead annual compensation planning, compensation philosophy development, and enterprise-wide rewards strategyOversee benefits strategy, vendor relationships, program governance, and employee rewards programsUtilize analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to enhance compensation modeling, reporting, and decision-makingLead, coach, and develop a high-performing Total Rewards team while partnering closely with senior business leadersThe Successful ApplicantFor the Senior Vice President, Total Rewards we are seeking:15+ years of progressive compensation and Total Rewards leadership experienceSignificant executive compensation expertise within a publicly traded company environmentBanking or broader financial services experience is requiredDirect authorship of Compensation Discussion & Analysis (CD&A) disclosures is non-negotiableCandidates without hands-on CD&A authorship experience will not be consideredExperience supporting Compensation Committees and advising executive leadership teamsDeep understanding of executive compensation governance, SEC disclosures, and public company requirementsProven experience managing and developing teamsStrong financial, analytical, and compensation modeling capabilitiesExperience leveraging technology, automation, and artificial intelligence within compensation and rewards functionsExceptional communication skills and executive presenceAgile, future-focused mindset with the ability to drive meaningful changeHighly motivated, hardworking, and energized by challenging, high-performance environmentsThrives under pressure and enjoys managing competing priorities in a fast-paced settingPassion for people leadership, coaching, mentoring, and building successful teamsSerious applicants only.
