The Regional Director Spain and Italy will manage and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of company's businesses in Spain and Italy. Leads the local Management Teams and supports the business in delivering service in Spain and Italy to the markets both locally and internationally.
Reporting into senior leadership, the successful candidate will define and drive the global product strategy for a flagship category, ensuring strong alignment between brand vision, market dynamics, and business performance. Operating within a highly collaborative and international environment, this role acts as a key interface between product development, brand, and commercial teams worldwide.
