We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Director of Engineering Shared Services to lead and scale our global engineering services organization. This role is responsible for overseeing core shared service functions-including Product Compliance, Product Testing, Technical Writing, and CAD/Documentation-supporting multiple product category engineering teams across the business.

The Head of Operations - North America (Chief Operating Officer) will report to the North America President and be responsible for the overall operations of the North America region.
