Carole Jean-Baptiste
Carole is a Senior Partner based in our Paris office, responsible for expanding Page Executive’s footprint across Financial Services in France and Europe, with a particular focus on Asset Management.
With over 20 years’ experience in executive search across France, the UK, Luxembourg and the United States, she brings deep expertise in senior leadership hiring, talent advisory, and diversity, equity and inclusion at executive level. She has a strong track record of delivering complex mandates across C-suite and senior expert roles, as well as managing and developing high-performing teams of consultants and researchers.
Carole also brings in-house experience, having worked as a Global Talent Acquisition Manager for a major listed Swiss organisation, where she led strategic hiring from CEO to CEO-3 level across the US, Europe and Asia.
Most recently, she was a Partner and Executive Coach at Dune and Catskill Executive Search. Prior to that, she served as Director, Financial Services at Page Executive. Earlier in her career, she was an FX Options Sales at Fimat-Tullett (New York and Paris) and a Senior Consultant at KPMG in Geneva.
She holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Finance from the Institut d’Études Politiques de Grenoble and is a Certified Executive Coach from HEC Paris.
