Farrah is an Associate Principal with Page Executive, specialising in executive search and leadership advisory across the Middle East. She brings 13 years of regional experience across financial services, executive search and entrepreneurship.

At Page Executive, Farrah focuses on CEO and N-1 appointments across banking, asset management, insurance, private markets and fintech. Her work covers regional and international talent markets, supporting organisations across the Middle East as they strengthen leadership teams, enter new markets and build new capabilities.

Prior to joining Page Executive, Farrah spent 3.5 years with Korn Ferry’s Executive Search practice, working on C-suite and senior leadership mandates across the Middle East. She advised multinational corporations, family-owned businesses, sovereign-backed entities and high-growth organisations across financial services, industrial, energy and public sectors, including searches requiring the attraction of international leadership talent into the region.

Farrah began her career with Emirates NBD, spending six years within its Asset Management business on the relationship side. She subsequently moved into fintech, joining a Canadian start-up as Chief of Staff, where she worked closely with the CEO and principal investors.

Farrah holds an MSc with Distinction in Psychology and Neuroscience and a BA in English Literature, both from King’s College London.
