Kiran is a Senior Researcher at Page Executive, specialising in executive search across Saudi Arabia and UAE. Since joining PageGroup in 2023, she has supported and led research across senior leadership mandates spanning sectors including the public sector, real estate, investment, technology, tourism and consumer.
She plays a key role in supporting partners and principals across C-level and board appointments by driving sourcing strategy, market mapping, and talent identification efforts. Kiran brings a methodical and insight-led approach to identifying top-tier talent across sectors. She has supported successful placements across critical leadership roles, leveraging both local and international candidate networks, and producing research-backed candidate pipelines tailored to each job brief.
Prior to joining Page Executive, Kiran worked in HR, gaining valuable experience in talent acquisition within high-growth environments.
Kiran holds an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management from the Canadian University of Dubai.
