Franco Anzaldi
Franco Anzaldi is Partner and Practice Group Leader for Healthcare & Life Sciences across the DACH region (Germany, Austria & Switzerland) . He advises organisations across Pharma, Biotech, MedTech and Healthcare on senior leadership appointments and strategic leadership priorities. His focus is on enabling better senior talent decisions with a clear view on commercial impact. He combines executive search with a holistic leadership advisory perspective.
Prior to joining Page Executive, Franco spent more than a decade at Michael Page. He built and scaled the Life Sciences talent solutions business and held P&L responsibility across the DACH region. He expanded the business across Pharma and MedTech. This experience gives him an understanding of the practical demands of leadership.
Earlier in his career, Franco gained international corporate experience before conducting academic research on culture and social dynamics. This combination informs his perspective on leadership and organisations.
Franco holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Hamburg, complemented by studies at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in Buenos Aires. Having lived and worked across Europe and Latin America, he is fluent in German, English and Spanish. He is also the author of a book on Argentine tango, a dance he remains passionate about.
