Julian Jüttner
Julian is a dedicated professional with a profound passion for Human Resources. He pursued his academic studies in International Business across esteemed institutions in Maastricht, Barcelona, and Lisbon, gaining a rich understanding of both academic rigour and the dynamics of international business environments.
With over 13 years of experience in HR recruitment at Page, Julian has specialised exclusively in placing HR professionals, ranging from HR Leaders to Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs). Notably, he was the first consultant in Germany to establish the HR division within the Page Group.
Throughout his career, Julian has successfully placed more than 150 HR professionals. Each week, he engages with over 20 experienced individuals in the HR field, building meaningful relationships and offering career guidance and support.
His approach is distinctly proactive, underpinned by long-standing relationships and continuous dialogue within the HR community. Julian is often acquainted with ideal candidates well before a formal search begins. His natural ability to connect with people,
both personally and professionally, enables him to foster strong, enduring relationships.
Outside of work, Julian is married and enjoys spending quality time with his wife. He maintains an active lifestyle, regularly practising calisthenics outdoors during the week.
