Justyna is an accomplished talent acquisition and executive research expert with over eight years of experience, including more than six years at PageGroup. She has a proven track record in both consulting and in-house recruitment across domestic and international markets.

Her career highlights include delivering strategic RPO projects and gaining hands-on experience in internal HR. Notably, Justyna built full-scale Business Services structures in Poland from the ground up, covering finance, accounting, logistics, and HR.

Currently, she leads the research team and plays an active role in senior-level recruitment across the CEE region, which includes Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, Moldova, and the Czech Republic.
