Justyna Szczerek
Justyna has over 20 years of professional experience in project management, more than half of which has been dedicated to delivering projects within the recruitment industry. For the past 14 years, she has specialised in recruiting mid- and senior-level professionals across the broad field of finance.
She began her career managing recruitment projects for clients in the FMCG, pharmaceutical and retail sectors. After seven years, she shifted her focus to the technology, services and manufacturing industries, with a particular emphasis on companies backed by private equity funds. Through numerous successful placements in key organisational roles, Justyna has developed a deep understanding of the dynamic and demanding environment of businesses across multiple sectors. She delivers discreet, targeted search processes that align leadership strategies with business objectives.
She has successfully completed over 300 recruitment projects for both international corporations and Polish enterprises, including capital groups and publicly listed companies. Her experience spans collaboration with large global organisations as well as SMEs, supporting them in building effective financial and management teams. She currently oversees partnership development within the Finance, Private Equity and Technology practice.
Justyna joined Page Group in 2021 and currently serves as an Associate Partner at Page Executive.
