With 30 years of experience in the HR consulting sector, he has worked with various multinationals specialising in human capital solutions. He is a Psychologist in Human Resources and a certified Coach, with additional certifications in Hogan for leadership assessments, as well as a Master Certificate in Leadership Effectiveness Analysis for Strategic Leadership Development. This includes the administration of LEA Self, 360, and the P3 Model for evaluating and developing leadership behavior.
Throughout his career, manel has held leadership roles in HR consulting, concentrating on leadership and talent development. He has extensive experience in designing and implementing programs for executives.
