Marina Fackelmeyer is a Principal at Page Executive in Germany, with a primary focus on top-tier IT, Finance and HR leadership positions.

Originally from the north of Germany, she spent a year in the United States before obtaining a master’s in educational science. However, it wasn’t long before she turned to recruitment in 2016, initially focusing on finance & HR. Marina quickly moved up the ladder to lead a team of four, and in 2020, she switched focus to launch a new technology team focused dedicated software development profiles. Just two years later, she was leading an entire technology recruitment team of 14 with her eyes on the next challenge.

That new phase came in December 2022 when Marina joined Page Executive, drawn by the supportive team and a culture that allows her to be herself. Her day-to-day motivation comes from constantly meeting leading professionals and leveraging her network to find impactful solutions for her clients.

Always with her finger on the executive search pulse, Marina is acutely aware of how a cultural fit is often more valuable than a keyword-filled CV. She works in a constructive, but not prescriptive style, always providing total transparency and full explanations of her candidate shortlists. This professionalism, combined with her focused, yet open-minded nature, has paved the way for excellent relationship building both on the client and candidate side.

In her free time, Marina loves spending time with her family and friends, as well as hitting the gym and chilling out with an hour of yoga. Whenever she can, Marina indulges in her passion for finding new adventures, basking in the sun or devouring a book by the sea.
