Rocío Burchard Rodríguez

Rocío specialises in executive and senior leadership appointments across the technology sector in Germany, with particular expertise in Technology, SaaS, Consumer Tech and Digital leadership roles.

She joined Page Executive as a Senior Research Associate from another executive recruitment company, where she spent more than three years specialising in Technology, Consumer Tech and Media executive search. During this time, she supported more than 100 executive search assignments across EMEA, initially as an Analyst before progressing into a Researcher role with a dedicated focus on the German market.

Prior to moving into executive search, Rocío worked with start-ups operating at the intersection of technology, arts and culture in Vienna, Austria. This entrepreneurial experience provided exposure to project management, client engagement and digital marketing, while developing a strong understanding of innovation, customer behaviour and emerging market trends.

At Page Executive, Rocío focuses on identifying and assessing senior leaders for organisations undergoing growth, digital transformation and organisational change. Her work spans a range of leadership mandates, including C-suite, CIO, CTO and CDO appointments, with a particular interest in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Female Leadership and ESG-related leadership agendas.

Rocío holds a Master's degree in Cultural and Social Anthropology from the University of Vienna. She brings this analytical and research-driven perspective to executive search, combining rigorous assessment methodologies with a deep understanding of leadership, organisational culture and market dynamics.

Outside of work, Rocío has a strong passion for the arts and enjoys spending time in museums, cinema, and cultural festivals.
