Sheila González

Sheila joined the Page Executive Spain team in 2025 as a Senior Researcher, specialising in executive and C-level assignments across Healthcare & Life Sciences and Technology, while also supporting strategic searches in additional sectors when required.
She began her career in Mexico within Page Outsourcing, managing end-to-end and large-scale recruitment projects across North America, LATAM and Central America. Sheila later transitioned to an in-house role within a fintech company, where she oversaw full-cycle global recruitment processes.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Human Resources Management, and speaks Catalan, Spanish, English and Italian, enriched by academic and professional experiences in Spain, Italy, the United States and Mexico.
