She began her career in HR, gaining experience in multinational environments across talent attraction, employee development and recruitment. She later moved into headhunting, specialising in direct search for qualified professionals across Retail, Hospitality and other key industries.
Her experience includes managing full recruitment cycles, conducting competency‑based interviews and using digital assessment tools to enhance the efficiency and quality of shortlists.
Sofia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Labour Relations and Employment from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and a Master’s degree in People Management and Organisational Development from ESIC University.
Known for her proactivity, attention to detail and strong communication skills, she brings a structured, people‑centred approach to every research project.
