Catherine Osaigbovo

Catherine is a Partner within the HR Practice at Page Executive UK and our UK DE&I Ambassador. She specialises in HR Leadership & Board level appointments across London, plus managing senior Diversity, Equity & Inclusion mandates nationally. 

Her entire career has been within Recruitment. Over 20 years' experience of which she has focused on HR for the past 16 years. She has worked across all sectors ranging from FTSE 100 firms to boutique PE houses placing Chief People Officers, Directors of Recruitment through to Global Heads of DE&I. Her passion lies in providing clients diversity of candidates that represent the world around us and their customer base. 

She holds Inclusion Leaders networking events around topics such as Allyship, Transgender, Intersectionality and Change of Business Culture. She is also one of the leaders of PageGroup’s Unity Group and sits on the ESG team.
