Catherine is a Partner within the HR Practice at Page Executive and our UK DE&I Ambassador. She specialises in HR and DE&I Leadership appointments. She joined Page Executive in 2021.
Over 25 years' experience of which she has focused on HR and DE&I for the past 17 years. She has worked across all sectors ranging from FTSE 100 firms to boutique PE houses placing Chief People Officers, HR Directors, Global Heads of DE&I, Directors of Recruitment and Heads of Talent & Leadership. However, her specialism is within Financial Services. Her passion lies in providing clients diversity of candidates that represent the world around us and their customer base.
Catherine is a board Trustee for Making The Leap, a social mobility charity that focuses on helping less advantaged young people with their career journeys as well as being one of the co-founders of our Empowerment Network of Asian and Black Leaders (ENABL). ENABL provides pathways to NED roles and gives clients access to senior, diverse talent.
