Emilia Szymańczyk

Emilia began her career in recruitment at an Executive Search boutique firm based in the UK, supporting clients in the commercial, education and clinical technology sectors. She was mainly responsible for managing the research efforts for various global projects in the USA, UK, DACH region, China, and Japan to name a few.

She joined Page Executive in 2022 and currently supports the Page Executive team in Poland with placements on a domestic and international level. She thrives on learning new skills while also gaining valuable insights into new industries. If you were to ask her what she loves most about her role, she’d say the ability to make a positive change on the professional lives of the leaders she places.  

Emilia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Musicology and a Master’s in Sociology and Social Anthropology from the University of Wroclaw in her native Poland. When not searching for top executive talent, Emilia regularly has several musical projects on the go – including singing and performing as well as offering her additional skills as a voice coach.
