Frederick D'Hauw

Spotting a leader in a crowd is part experience, part expertise, part intuition.

Frederick began his recruitment career in 2010 as a member of the PageGroup finance division in Antwerp. From multinationals to SMEs, his passion to help companies of all shapes and sizes secure talent propelled him to develop the Ghent office, and from there, to manage the finance division in Brussels. Five years later, he circled back to Antwerp as Head of Michael Page, where his relentless drive and pragmatic approach propelled him to the role of Executive Manager. 

In January 2022, Frederick joined Page Executive as Associate Partner, with the goal of expanding the Belgium division.  A driven leader with deep expertise and a sixth sense for operational business, Frederick skilfully guides others, and thrives equally on team management and strategic decision-making.

Multilingual and open-minded, Frederick transforms his energy and people-focused outlook into outstanding. His attention to detail and persistent follow-up are the pillars of his personalised service to all our clients and candidates. 

When he isn’t lending his talents to Page, Frederick likes to stay active in all seasons  – skiing and mountain biking with his girlfriend – or cruising the land on his motorcycle. Otherwise, off-roading with a 4x4 or exploring the countryside with his French pointer are usually the order of the day.
