Jessica Sibio excels as an Associate Principal in Italy, focusing on the life sciences and pharmaceutical industries. 

Straight out of university, Jessica knew that recruitment was the career path for her. It wasn’t long before she turned her attention to healthcare and life sciences — an industry she now has profound knowledge and experience in. After earning her stripes recruiting middle and senior management, Jessica was more than ready to work with board and C-level executive search when she joined Page Executive as an Associate Principal in September 2022.

Despite being in the business for so long, Jessica values the collaborative nature of Page Executive and is an active contributor to the hive mind. She is driven by day-to-day contact with executive-level profiles, and gets true satisfaction out of influencing long-lasting, successful placements. Already well established in her field, Jessica’s aim is to become a reference for executive search in life sciences across Italy.
