Kate Castell

Kate is a search Consultant and Headhunter with 8 years' experience of recruiting within the Insurance and Financial Services industries. She currently leads the build-up of Page Executive's (a division of PageGroup) Actuarial Recruitment desk in Australia. In addition, she works with re/insurance and broking clients across Underwriting, Broking and Legal.

Kate’s previous experience includes the recruitment of Life, Health and Non-Life/GI Actuaries across Germany, Switzerland, BeNeLux, China, Singapore and Indonesia. Partnered with Insurers and Brokers from London to support growth of Broking, Underwriting, Data Science and Analytics, as well as Risk, Finance, Operations and Strategy for clients globally.

Kate’s approach is to become a partner to her clients, and to foster working relationships based on mutual trust and respect. By understanding the nuances of client's visions, strategies and priorities, she can best represent their needs to potential applicants and act as brand ambassador.  In this way, it also ensures that applicants to a specific job are aware of critical information and both clients and candidates enjoy a smoother recruitment experience.
