Marta Grochal is a Senior Partner and Head of Page Executive Poland & Baltics.  

During her recruitment career that started at Imprint PLC (Odgers & Berndtson Group) in 2006, she leveraged her expertise to deliver unparalleled value to top-tier talent and leading organizations across Europe. Prior to joining Page Executive in 2019, Marta worked for a number of renowned executive search companies, including Pedersen & Partners and Transearch with geographical focus on Central & Eastern Europe.  

During her career at Page Executive, Marta has worked tirelessly to understand her clients’ unique needs and challenges they might be facing, tailoring the approach to deliver customized recruitment solutions that drive tangible results.  

With 18 years of professional recruitment expertise, Marta has garnered acclaim for spearheading recruitment endeavors across Central & Eastern Europe.
