Maximilian Redolfi is a Senior Partner at Page Executive whose vast and varied experience allows him to combine senior-level assignments and his responsibilities as Head of Italy. 

After gaining crucial insights from within the financial sector and organisational consulting, Max turned his attention to recruitment in the autumn of 2005. Max’s skill and determination have seen him build an enviable track record of senior-level placements across a wide range of industries throughout his career. 

This cross-sector expertise made him the ideal choice to launch the Italian branch of Page Executive in 2008, where he now oversees five main vertical sectors as Head of Italy. 

On a personal level, his focus is centered on the three key areas: Private Equity and their portfolio companies, CFO roles and Governance. Although he is based in Italy, thirteen years of experience in Belgium, the USA and the UK make him invaluable for companies with international scope.

Max enhances his assignments with a meticulous strategy, implementing innovative methods to provide more articulated and complex solutions. His detail-oriented mindset doesn’t slow him down, however, and clients consistently praise his fast and flexible approach that fully addresses their pain points and finds successful solutions. 

Outside the office, Maximilian is a sports enthusiast, spending his downtime swimming, downhill and cross-country skiing, hiking and sailing whenever the opportunity arises. He’s also passionate about books on business, successful individuals, personal growth and the history of iconic brands of our time.
