Fabiola further honed her expertise as a headhunter at an international recruitment firm, where she served as an Engagement Manager. In this role, she led projects focused on attracting senior management and C-level professionals, being responsible for managing the North Region office.

Subsequently, Fabiola became a partner and board member at an international firm in the industrial and services practice areas, where she spent seven years attracting senior management and C-level talent.

Fabiola graduated from Universidad Regiomontana with a degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management.
