DE&I has been part of Michael Page for over a decade. It shapes how we work internally and how we support our clients. We constantly evolve our approach across age, gender, ethnicity, disability, faith and sexuality, refining our own inclusive culture and bringing that same thinking to every search we run. Our goal is simple: help build more diverse, inclusive organisations and reduce unconscious bias, for our clients and beyond.

Inclusion isn't a one-off effort. We build it into leadership through ongoing training, monitoring and benchmarking. Our DE&I Committees meet regularly to share progress, discuss best practices and identify where we can do better.

That means equal treatment in every search we run and at every level of our own organisation. We work to normalise conversations around LGBTQIA+ hiring and help leaders understand why inclusion matters, for their people, and for their business.
