Job Description

  • Develop and execute the company's engineering strategy.
  • Lead major capital investment and facility expansion projects.
  • Drive automation and advanced manufacturing initiatives.
  • Improve equipment reliability and plant performance.
  • Oversee maintenance and engineering teams across multiple facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
  • 15+ years of engineering leadership experience within manufacturing.
  • Strong track record overseeing large-scale capital projects.
  • Experience implementing automation and continuous improvement programs.
  • Multi-site food or beverage manufacturing experience preferred.
