Job Description

  • Lead all manufacturing and operational activities.
  • Drive safety, quality, service, and productivity initiatives.
  • Develop and implement operational excellence programs.
  • Oversee capacity expansion and manufacturing investments.
  • Ensure regulatory and food safety compliance.
  • Collaborate with commercial and supply chain leaders to meet customer expectations.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
  • Multi-site operations management experience.
  • Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Food and beverage manufacturing experience required.
