Job Description

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap end-to-end, working in close partnership with the CEO to define and execute the product vision.
  • Identify and drive opportunities where LLMs and AI can transform every layer of the platform, including chat assistance, quality assurance, fan segmentation, performance analytics, automation building, onboarding, and support.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the product team, setting a high bar for product craftsmanship, discovery practices, and execution excellence.
  • Maintain continuous and direct engagement with clients, treating agencies as design partners-prioritizing regular, hands-on conversations alongside data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering to deliver AI-powered features that perform reliably in production environments, with a strong focus on quality, latency, and sustainable uniteconomic.



The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years in product, with meaningful time in senior or lead roles at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated track record shipping LLM-powered features that real customers use not prototypes, not demos. You can speak credibly about prompt design, evals, model selection, latency tradeoffs, and the gap between "it works in a notebook" and "it works for paying customers."
  • Experience at an AI-native or AI-transitioning SaaS company. Intercom is the canonical reference. Other strong backgrounds: Zendesk AI, Notion AI, Linear, HubSpot's AI products,
  • Gong, ClickUp, customer-support or workflow automation platforms making the AI shift.
  • Strategic and hands-on.
  • Client-facing energy.
