Our client is a growing international company at the intersection of TradFi and Crypto.

Job Description

  • Grow and deepen the companies business in the DACH region.
  • Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with key industry participants.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers across private banks, wealth managers, family offices, asset managers and more.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects.
  • Represent the firm at conferences and industry events.
  • Deliver thought leadership and market insights to clients and prospects.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market dynamics and trends.
  • Contribute to the firm's positioning within the region.
  • Provide client feedback and market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

  • Significant experience within institutional sales, business development or relationship management within financial services.
  • Demonstrated success in building and expanding client relationships across the DACH region.
  • Existing network ideally within several of the following segments: Private Banks, Wealth Managers, Family Offices, Asset Managers, Fund Platforms, Institutional Investors.
  • Either experience working in the Crypto industry or strong interest to enter the Crypto industry.
  • Strong commercial track record and ability to expand existing business opportunities as well as find new ones.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent German and English.
  • Based anywhere in Germany (preferably Frankfurt but any other major city is an option), with a high willingness to travel regularly to conferences and business meetings across Europe.
