Job Description

  • Lead financial and valuation analyses using a range of methodologies
  • Oversee development of detailed financial models to assess performance under various scenarios, capital structures, and M&A outcomes
  • Drive origination and execution of transactions from pitch through to closing
  • Prepare high-quality client presentations covering strategic alternatives, capital markets activity, and corporate finance topics
  • Manage due diligence processes and support drafting of transaction documentation
  • Maintain deep understanding of clients, targets, and relevant market dynamics
  • Oversee market, industry, and company research and financial analysis
  • Collaborate with deal teams across the Bank to deliver integrated client solutions
  • Drive day-to-day project management and execution
  • Ensure completion of all required credit and regulatory assessments

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate must have:More than 10 years in M&A or Investment Banking

Proven ability to perform under pressure in high-intensity environments

Strong academic and professional track record

Deep interest in building a long-term career in M&A

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling capabilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented with a high degree of personal integrity and teamwork
