Job Description

Reporting to the CEO, key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making.
  • Lead and manage the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, cost control, and financial risk.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment and efficiency.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to the board and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Director should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • Proven leadership experience within a high growth SME
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial compliance and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
