The company is recognized for its consumer-focused approach, strong brand equity, and commitment to driving sustainable, long-term growth.Job DescriptionKey responsibilities include:Lead and drive overall business strategy for the Korea market, with full ownership of growth, profitability, and market performance.Accountable for end-to-end P&L delivery, including revenue, margin, and EBIT targets.Develop and execute annual and long-term strategic plans aligned with regional and global objectives.Manage and optimize distributor partnerships to ensure effective market execution and expansion.Oversee all commercial functions including sales, marketing, customer development, and demand planning.Drive brand growth through localized marketing strategies, innovation, and adaptation of global campaigns.Establish and execute pricing, channel, and portfolio strategies to capture market opportunities.Lead cross-functional collaboration across supply chain, finance, and regional/global stakeholders.Represent the Korea business in regional and global forums, as well as external industry engagements.Build, lead, and develop a high-performing local team, fostering a strong growth and performance culture.The Successful ApplicantMust-have requirementsA degree in a commercial or business-related fieldOver 15 years' experience in the FMCG industry, including at least 10 years in a commercial leadership positionDemonstrated success in delivering strong business outcomesExperience working with distributors and export marketsSolid knowledge of the South Korean market and retail landscapeStrong financial acumen, including P&L managementExperience in marketing, including innovation initiativesExcellent communication and presentation capabilitiesFamiliarity with key business processes such as annual planning and S&OPProven leadership and strategic influencing abilitiesStrong problem-solving skillsExperience in managing crises effectivelyProficiency in English and the relevant local business language, depending on locationPreferred qualificationsMarketing experience within the beverages or tea sectorExperience in digital or online sales and marketingBackground in food service operationsWhat's on OfferThis is a high-impact leadership opportunity within a globally recognized and growing FMCG business, offering full P&L ownership and strong exposure to regional and global stakeholders.
