Job Description

Strategy & Commercial Leadership

  • Define and execute the eCommerce / D2C growth strategy for the Philippine market
  • Own P&L, revenue growth, margin performance, and customer lifetime value
  • Identify new market opportunities, product categories, and routes to market
  • Develop pricing, promotion, and go‑to‑market strategies aligned with brand positioning



Channel & Platform Ownership

  • Lead performance across owned platforms (Shopify / custom sites) and marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.)
  • Oversee CRM, data, analytics, and personalization strategies
  • Optimize funnel performance: traffic, conversion, retention, and repeat purchase



Marketing & Customer Growth

  • Partner closely with Marketing to drive paid media, social commerce, influencer, and content strategies
  • Own customer acquisition and retention metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS)
  • Ensure seamless omnichannel experience between online and offline touchpoints (where applicable)



Operations & Supply Chain

  • Work cross‑functionally with Supply Chain, Fulfilment, and Customer Service
  • Ensure scalable operations, inventory planning, last‑mile delivery, and customer experience excellence



Team Leadership

  • Build and lead a high‑performing eCommerce & D2C team (commerce, performance marketing, CRM, operations)
  • Set clear KPIs, coach talent, and build succession pipelines
  • Act as a senior stakeholder with regional / global teams



The Successful Applicant

  • A strong background growing B2C businesses
  • Proven leadership experience in a senior executive role.
  • Consulting, private equity or strategy experience in local conglomerates is desirable, while also having hands-on, operational experience in a consumer business.
  • Capability to partner with business owners as well as executive & non-executive stakeholders.
