Reporting directly to the CEO, the Sales Director will be responsible for the Group's commercial strategy across the Italian and international markets, ensuring the achievement of growth, revenue, and profitability targets.

Job Description

  • Define and implement the commercial strategy across domestic and international markets;
  • Lead and develop the sales organizations dedicated to the Italian and Export markets;
  • Ensure the achievement of sales targets and effective management of the commercial budget;
  • Develop strategic relationships with key customers, distributors, and international partners;
  • Identify new business opportunities, distribution channels, and growth markets;
  • Manage major commercial negotiations and support the Group's competitive positioning.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • At least ten years of experience in Sales Director or senior commercial leadership roles within B2B industrial environments;
  • Proven track record in managing international businesses and leading structured sales organizations;
  • Strong results-oriented mindset with a focus on profitable growth;
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills;
  • Fluent English; proficiency in a second language would be considered an advantage.
