Known for a highly collaborative team committed to excellence, this is an exciting opportunity to pivot to in-house/ develop your in-house legal skills on varied matters including IPO work.Job DescriptionThe Legal Counsel will have varied responsibilities including:Assist the legal team with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements and gathering signatures for legal documents.Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the travel/ hospitality/ air transportation industry.Support the legal team with collaborating and working with with outside legal counsel.Maintain the legal department's database, templates and standard contracts.Develop and implement legal strategies to minimize risks and protect company interests.Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.Manage documents, contract tracking, filing and other legal/ contract administration.Page Executive is the global executive search, senior leadership recruitment, and executive advisory arm of PageGroup plc.
